2. How long can I expect to get the samples? What about the lead time for mass production?
The samples will be ready in 2-3 days after we receive your final file. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 days. Regarding mass production order, it depends on the order quantity and your requirements of the order.

Yes, we have a professional team having rich experience in design our products. You can tell us the ideas, we will help to carry out your idea to reality.

4. Could I use my LOGO or design on the products?
Yes, customized logo and design in sampling and mass production are available.

5. How can I confirm the quality of the products that I want?
We will make samples and send to you to confirm first; welcome to visit our factory and QC the products.

6. Can I get a FREE sample?
Yes, we offer a digital free sample. For custom printed samples, there is nominal fee of $100 which will be credited or protated depending on the volume of your initial order.
